Continuous Cast Bronze
We possess the capability to swiftly meet the demand for continuous cast bars through two primary methods: maintaining a readily available stock for immediate shipment and leveraging our in-house foundry to produce centrifugally cast bars. This dual approach allows us to offer rapid response times, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders based on specific requirements and quantities. Whether drawing from existing inventory or custom-producing centrifugally cast bars, we maintain flexibility to accommodate diverse customer needs with efficiency and reliability.

Continuous Casting Process:
With continuous casting, molten bronze is poured into a fitted crucible from a furnace. The crucible has a fitted water-cooling die. The metal then cools and is withdrawn from the die in small incremental steps using a roller system. The size of the die determines the diameter of the product produced. Shapes of continuous cast bar include hollow tube, solid round bar, and rectangular or square flats. Continuous castings are produced in accordance with ASTM B505 standard as well as other ASTM specifications. For more information, see our bronze alloy chart page and technical specification page.
